Here are some pics of my latest GW finds:
Probably shouldn't have gotten this, it's that plastic wood so probably won't be able to do anything with it.

I love these 2 little glass pitchers. The store had a bunch of these. Now just waiting for my prim labels to get here. Also found another little crock.

Found these 2 Ball jars, but no tops for them.

I thought this was just the coolest thing. If anyone would like to order one of these, just let me know!

And then I found a thread holder for all those spools of thread that I will have whenever I begin to sew again...ha!! My cat is laughing about it also!!

And I thought these were cool also...2 old stove pipe covers or whatever they are called. I just remember seeing these in the old farm that I lived on growing up. Not sure what they are called.

Here are a couple of pics of a spoon holder that I redid:

And then lastly for the pics, I took a couple of the roses that I have in my flower bed. I took these over the weekend when we were in the 80's and it was sunny out.

Last week, a young woman that went to the same school that I did died of a massive heart attack. She was only 44. I did know her, I know her brother's better as they are more my age and I actually hung around with her brother's while in school. They are also on my facebook page. This poor girl had been having chest pains and thought if she just went and laid down, that they would go away. Yes, they went away and they took her with. To all my blogger friends....PLEASE....if you have any type of chest pain, please get help immediately. This shouldn't have happened. Anyway, this woman's hubby is my best friends brother. She lives in Florida and was able to make it back here to Nebraska. Unfortunately, it took this tragic accident for us to be able to get together again after about 8 years. We have always kept in contact and I even made a couple of trips to Florida to see her. We were best friends throughout grade school and high school. Last night was her last night here and we were able to get together with some other classmates at a bar here in town, and we just had a blast altogether. And then this morning, she and her boyfriend and myself went out for breakfast together. Of course, none of us have forgotten the reason of why she was back in town.
Thanks for hanging on through all the pictures and post. Have a great evening!!
